THE INSTRUCTOR
Hong Shin-ae is one of Korea's representative star chefs. She is the owner chef of Salt, a farm-to-table restaurant in Seoul highly praised by gourmets.
Chef Hong has won numerous awards at international culinary competitions and has been featured on various TV cooking shows and culinary events worldwide.
As an author of over 13 cookbooks and advisor to numerous F&B companies, she is a culinary researcher with endless passion from quick-and-easy recipes to unique dishes.
