South Korea observes - Black Day, and Jajangmyeon is one of the favorite dishes that most Koreans prepare! It's a Korean-style Chinese noodle dish made by adding chunjang along with more various ingredients. You can enjoy the taste of the savoury Chunjang, 춘장 (Korean fermented bean paste ). Sprinkle chilli powder according to your taste and enjoy!
Kimchi pancake is one of the easiest and quickest things to make and is one of Koreans' all time favorite dishes.The main ingredient is kimchi. In this class, we will be using handmade Kimchi. You will distinguish the combination of fermented Kimchi and mozzarella cheese. Cheese enhances the flavor and neutralizes the spicy taste.

Makguksu's 'mak' has several meanings. 'Mak' means 'right now' in Korean. Noodles made with buckwheat should be eaten as soon as they are made because they stick quickly. This is usually eaten on a hot day. You can enjoy the texture of various vegetables in a spicy and refreshing sauce.

Our instructor will provide detailed guidance throughout the class. Additionally, printed recipes will be provided for you to take home.

After preparing the food, plate the dishes accordingly before eating.

Enjoy your deliciously prepared dishes in our dining area.

You can also take your dish and the recipe home, allowing you to replicate it in your own kitchen.

- Comfortable, covered attire and shoes are highly recommended.
- For hygiene purposes, participants with long hair is required to tie up hair while cooking.
